Who provides the app

Tinterlude is provided by Backchannel Apps (Backchannel Tackle LLC).

Your license

We grant you a license to use Tinterlude for personal, non-commercial use. The coloring pages remain our content. You may share your finished artwork personally.

Subscriptions and trials

Weekly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Billing is handled by Google Play or Apple. Manage or cancel your subscription in your store’s subscription settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Subscriptions cost weekly $4.99 or yearly $39.99. Only the yearly plan offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The trial converts to a paid yearly subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancel anytime in Google Play or the App Store. Refunds are handled under Google’s refund policy and Apple’s refund policy.

Availability and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Backchannel Tackle LLC is not liable for losses or damages arising from your use of the app. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA.

For iOS users

Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
